Job summary

Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a part-time Data Analyst to join the Greater Charlotte Research and Other Sponsored Programs – Academic Neurology department. This onsite role is 12 hours per week, with evening shifts from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.

You will collect, review and analyze statistical data for management, translate data into actionable information, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, physicians and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of data entry or administrative experience required.
• Proficient with Excel and basic computer programs (word processing, database).
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews and analyzes statistical data for management.
• Translates data into meaningful information for decision making and goal planning.
• Maintains accurate and timely reporting methods.
• Presents graphics and information for department statistics and QA data.
• Writes monthly and quarterly reports for management, physicians and clients.
• Compiles data for trending and external requests.
