Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program.
• Certification within 120 days may be considered per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supports patient flow and unit operations to maintain supplies and environment.
• Facilitates identification of resources to meet patient healthcare needs.
• Performs/assists with procedures per organizational standards.
• Collects and documents patient screening data.
• Assists with patient and family education.
