Tree Of Life, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries in a PRN capacity.

You will design individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, cognition, pragmatics, and swallowing, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote functional recovery and safe discharge.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CCC-SLP) with a state license.
• Experience treating neurologically based disorders in community rehab settings preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create Plans of Care.
• Deliver direct speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing therapy.
• Develop and train AAC and alternative communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Rehab Care Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliant documentation and timely discharge planning.

Formazione
