Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Tallahassee seeks a psychologist specializing in neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing for an outpatient clinic as an independent contractor.

The role requires a doctoral degree in psychology and a Florida license (or in process). You will collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other providers, provide psychoeducation, and document services per policy. Remote/telehealth options and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.).
• Must have experience in conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing.
• Must have a license in the state of Florida or in the process of getting one.
• Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, and neuropsychological findings.
• Provide documentation of the services rendered in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development.
