Job summary

KorzenHealth is seeking a psychologist to build and grow the neuropsychology service line within a hospital-based behavioral health department. You will help design assessment measures, launch a testing center on campus, and shape EMR templates with standardized instruments.

You will also establish an internship training program to grow the team. The role requires a PhD/PsyD/EdD in Psychology with California licensure; post-doctoral training is preferred.

Qualifications

• PhD/PsyD/EdD in Psychology required; post-doctoral fellowship preferred.
• California psychologist license required; complete 5150 & Violence/Response Training during orientation.
• Board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology preferred or eligible for oral exam.

Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Build and develop the neuropsychology service line within an established behavioral healthcare department.
• Recommend and implement clinical assessment measures and programs tailored to the organization's needs.
• Direct the design and launch of a dedicated testing center on the medical campus.

Position Details:

• Hospital system employment with full benefits package.

Requirements:

• Required: Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD), Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Education in Psychology (EdD)
  Preferred: Completion of a formal two-year post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology
• Required:Psychologist license by the California Board of Psychology; Workplace Violence and Response Training Class will be completed during program orientation; 5150 Certification Training within three (3) months of hire
• Preferred: Board Certification in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP/ABCN) or active candidacy with eligibility to sit for the oral examination
