Job summary

Boston Neurobehavioral Associates in Massachusetts is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our growing outpatient practice. The candidate will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations across a wide range of psychiatric, neurological, developmental, and cognitive concerns.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited clinical psychology program.
• Two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology.
• Current MA licensure required.
• Experience conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments.
• Strong clinical, assessment, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in working with culturally diverse populations.
• Commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, neuropsychological, and psychological assessments for referred patients.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop clinically appropriate diagnostic impressions.
• Prepare clear, thorough, and timely psychological and neuropsychological assessment reports.
• Document assessments and clinical services accurately and in accordance with BNBA procedures.
• Work with a diverse adolescent and adult patient population presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use disorders, head injury, dementia, and other conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other behavioral health professionals.
