Job summary

Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG) in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Neuropsychologist to join the Phil Smith Neuroscience Institute. The role centers on neuropsychological evaluations, cognitive/behavioral assessments, and pre-procedural psychological clearance for spine and pain procedures.

We offer a hospital-based, multidisciplinary team with strong support and opportunities to grow neuropsychology services within a high-demand neuroscience program.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology with board eligibility or certification.
• APA-accredited internship and fellowship in neuropsychology are required or strongly preferred.
• Experience working with neurological populations and conducting neuropsychological testing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and testing for patients with neurological conditions.
• Provide pre-procedural psychological clearance for surgical and interventional spine and pain procedures.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, pain specialists, APPs and care teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Generate timely, clear, and integrated reports within the medical record.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning.
• Support quality, access, and patient experience initiatives within the neuroscience program.
