Lyra Health is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist for its Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity to provide neuropsychological assessments across ages. You will collaborate with families and care teams to deliver tailored recommendations and diagnoses, with a focus on ADHD, autism, and learning differences.

Remote and in-person sessions are available. This role emphasizes collaboration with psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, and care managers, and requires strong diagnostic skills,

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA/CPA accredited program.
• Predoctoral internship with neuropsychology specialization preferred.
• Two-year postdoctoral fellowship with neuropsychology specialization preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological/psychological evaluations for clients of all ages.
• Interpret neuropsychological test batteries and provide direct test administration as needed.
• Serve as SME in neuropsychological assessments and supervise psychometrist data collection.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and clear summary documents for clients and providers.
• Provide feedback sessions to explain findings and recommendations to clients and families.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment planning and care.
• Offer virtual and in-person sessions with patients and families.

About the Role

Lyra is committed to addressing urgent and costly mental health needs with specialized support where it’s needed most. Our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity offers neuropsychological and/or psychological assessments and diagnosis, with tailored care for ADHD, and support for autism and learning differences. We are looking for a contract Neuropsychologist who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct intake interviews to gather complete history
• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological and/or psychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with their families and/or other collateral sources
• Interpret a wide variety of psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the use and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments
• Supervise and oversee the work of the patient’s assigned psychometrist to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
• Complete detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and brief summary documents tailored for clients, families, and referring providers
• Conduct clear, supportive feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations
• Collaborate with the patient’s care team (psychiatrist, care manager, therapist, and/or mental health wellness coach) to inform and coordinate treatment planning
• Comfortable completing virtual and/or in-person sessions with patients and their families

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association accredited program
• One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
• Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
  • An equivalent combination of experience, supervision, or training will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
• Experience conducting testing virtually and in person
• Familiarity with online web-based applications
• Effective therapeutic communication skills
• Able to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
• Candidates must successfully pass a background check for this opportunity
