Job summary

Endeavor Health in Hinsdale is seeking a Psychometrician to administer and interpret neuropsychological tests for adults and geriatrics under the supervision of a Neuropsychologist. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and document results in the EMR.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude toward impaired patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Sociology is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude toward impaired patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret neuropsychological tests under supervision.
• Score tests and provide same-day feedback to patients.
• Assist with documentation in medical records and report writing as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling with the care team and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain test materials and update normative data for tests.
• Contribute to research studies and participate in treatment planning.
