Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Writes progress notes to inform other clinical personnel about patient behavior.
• Scores evaluations in a standardized manner.
• Observes patient behaviors during testing and provides summaries.
• Manages inventory checks on forms and tools before testing.
• Assists with administrative tasks in the testing department.
• Assists with pre-testing screening and collateral contact assimilation.
