Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a qualified Psychometrist to administer and score standardized neuropsychological tests under supervision. You will provide detailed behavioral observations and deliver test results to the supervising neuropsychologist, supporting evaluations of cognitive function.

This position requires learning multiple test scoring programs, attending department meetings, and maintaining testing schedules that involve 2–7 hours of one-on-one interaction daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required.
• Experience or training in standardized neuropsychological testing desirable.
• Certified Specialist in Psychometry preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers and scores standardized neuropsychological tests under supervision.
• Provides detailed behavioral observations and timely test results to the neuropsychologist.
• Attends psychometrist and department meetings to discuss clinical issues and stay current on testing developments.
• Learn and use multiple computerized test scoring programs; maintain testing schedules.
• Tests people of all ages with multicultural awareness and rapport-building.
• Handling testing sessions with rigorous schedules including 2–7 hours of one-on-one interaction daily.
