Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an experienced regional sales leader to drive performance in a leadership role within a fast-paced biotech environment. You will recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team while collaborating with marketing, medical affairs and operations to execute regional strategies.

The role requires a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, strong relationship-building with KOLs, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharma or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to coach a regional sales team.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate recruits and develops a diverse, high-performing team to exceed sales goals within an assigned region while managing key projects and collaborating with commercial cross-functional teams. They provide strategic direction, field coaching, and develop specialty pharmacy fulfillment access strategies. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company’s quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
