Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in their assigned territory and represent Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications. This role also plays an important part in educating external customers such as physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc. and helping them learn about the benefits of our product(s). _
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including:
Establishes excellent communication with internal partners including managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams
Upholds highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
Demonstrates integrity and models behaviors consistent with company values and compliance policies
Maintains full field presence Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of business systems
Sees broader organizational impact across departments/divisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
