Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is seeking a healthcare professional to perform standard electroencephalographic procedures as ordered by the physician. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate data collection, and adherence to neurodiagnostic protocols.

The ideal candidate has a GED, at least six months of direct patient care or healthcare experience, and current BCLS/CPR certification, with ABRET/BRPT preferred. On-site role based in Conyers, GA, supporting our neurology services.

Qualifications

• GED required.
• Six months of direct patient care experience or healthcare experience preferred.
• BCLS/CPR certification required at hire.
• ABRET registry in one area of neurodiagnostics or BRPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard electroencephalographic procedures on patients as ordered by the physician.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures and maintains proper documentation.
• Adheres to neurodiagnostic protocols and ABRET standards during testing.
