Applicants must hold an MD or MD/PhD (or equivalent), possess ABPath certification in AP or AP/CP, and have ABPath certification or eligibility in Neuropathology; PA licensure eligibility is required. Teaching and clinical duties include neuropathology and related research endeavors.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD or equivalent degree required.
• American Board of Pathology certification in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology required.
• ABPath certification or eligibility in Neuropathology required.
• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

• Teach neuropathology fellows, residents, medical students, graduate students and postdocs.
• Perform surgical and medical neuropathology, including intraoperative consultations and on-call duties.
• Develop a translational research program, preferably on brain tumors.
• Demonstrate excellence in teaching and clinical care.
