Job summary

University at Buffalo is expanding its Department of Neurology and recruiting a full-time BC/BE neurologist fellowship-trained in neuromuscular disorders. The candidate will provide inpatient care for general neurology patients at Buffalo General Medical Center and participate in an outpatient neuromuscular clinic at Williamsville or Conventus.

Responsibilities include call every other day during hospital service and teaching neurology residents, fellows, and medical students from Jacobs School

Qualifications

• BC/BE in neurology; fellowship in neuromuscular disorders preferred.
• Inpatient care responsibilities at Buffalo General Medical Center.
• Outpatient neuromuscular clinic at Williamsville or Conventus locations.
• Faculty duties include education and supervision of residents, fellows, and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for general neurology patients.
• Be on hospital service with call every other day.
• Develop and oversee neuromuscular clinic services.
• Educate and mentor neurology trainees and medical students.
