Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist with fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine to join our growing neurology team in southern New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to build a specialized neuromuscular practice while also maintaining a general neurology panel.

You will work in a blended outpatient setting with an EMG/NCS clinic and strong collaboration with subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in neurology by the ABMS or AOA.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license and federal DEA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth within a community-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Blended practice: neuromuscular clinic (EMG/NCS) with general outpatient neurology.
• Collaborate with a diverse neurology team and subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system.
• EMG lab and diagnostic support on-site; outpatient only.
• Minimal on-call; 1:8 weeks telephone coverage; 2–3 days/week in Concord clinic.

This is a unique opportunity to build a specialized neuromuscular practice while also maintaining a general neurology panel — combining focused subspecialty work with the variety and continuity of community-based care.

The Opportunity

• Blended practice: dedicated neuromuscular clinic (EMG/NCS, neuromuscular disorders, ALS, myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathies, myopathies) alongside general outpatient neurology
• Collaborate closely with a supportive, established neurology team, including strong working relationships with subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system
• EMG lab and diagnostic support on-site
• No in-hospital call requirements; minimal telephone call coverage (1:8 weeks)
• Outpatient only
• 2-3 days per week will be in the Concord clinic
