Job summary

Penn State Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Lead Physician to join our outpatient Family and Community Medicine site located in Ronks, PA.

We provide time-sensitive acute and chronic primary care in a patient-centered environment and invite you to educate and train family medicine residents and College of Medicine students as part of a dynamic team across departments.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or foreign equivalent required.
• Completion of accredited training program.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania medical license.
• BC/BE in Family Medicine.
• Must obtain federal and state narcotics certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Physician in a Family Medicine outpatient practice.
• Educate and train family medicine residents and medical students.
• Provide time-sensitive acute and chronic primary care.
• Collaborate across departments to support educational initiatives.

Penn State Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Lead Physician to join our Family and Community Medicine outpatient practice site located in beautiful Ronks, PA.

Our Family and Community Medicine team strives to provide time-sensitive acute and chronic primary care that is comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated and high-quality. We provide a safe, cost-effective environment that is patient-centered for the entire community served by our program. In addition to providing direct patient care, our faculty are highly encouraged to participate in educating and training our family medicine residents and College of Medicine students in preceptor roles.
