Job summary

LivaNova in Miami, FL seeks a Director, IT Business Partner - Neuromodulation to align technology with business strategy. You will partner with the BU President and SLT to define technology vision, oversee architecture, and drive measurable value through digital transformation and data initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, develop talent, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance while building trusted data assets and analytics capabilities across Neuromodulation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience.
• Demonstrated senior leadership in technology management.
• Experience executing programs and partnerships in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory, privacy and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology vision and direction aligned with enterprise roadmap.
• Oversee design, development, operation and support of technology capabilities delivering business value.
• Lead IT governance, budgeting and resource prioritization.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and data analytics capabilities.
• Establish data governance and data literacy across the enterprise.
