Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent combination of degree and experience.
• High proficiency in Python and R.
• Strong grounding in mathematical and statistical methods.
• Deep familiarity with agentic workflows for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project’s multimodal integration and analysis efforts.
• Develop conceptual and quantitative frameworks for cell-type identity and function.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and modeling of neuronal morphology using single-neuron data.
• Collaborate with experimentalists and computational scientists to advance goals.
• Communicate progress and present findings at internal and external venues.
• Draft reports and manuscripts.
