Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Neuromodulation to support Pain and Target Drug Delivery Therapies across surgical procedures in the Seattle area. You will educate clinicians, assist in device programming, and manage post-operative follow-ups to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires travel, flexible scheduling including evenings or weekends, and strong collaboration with physicians and hospital staff. Prior neuro or sterile environment experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with clinical or medical sales experience or an Associate's/bachelor’s degree with experience.
• The role benefits from sterile environment exposure and neurological product familiarity.
• Experience servicing medical personnel and clinical cohorts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Medtronic as device specialist during surgical procedures with available equipment.
• Provide clinical support, follow-ups, and troubleshooting in hospitals and clinics.
• Educate physicians and staff on products and therapies; coordinate trainings and in-services.
• Respond to device inquiries promptly and manage scheduling around clinical events.
• Oversee inventory for case coverage and ensure timely product retrievals.
• Travel within the district and occasionally to other districts as needed.
• Visit accounts regularly to maintain relationships with staff and providers.
• Assist in education/training of new district personnel; use Excel and mobile devices.
