Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist 2 to partner with healthcare professionals, support implant procedures, and ensure optimal neuromodulation therapy outcomes. You will program and troubleshoot spinal cord stimulation, educate customers, and lead educational sessions across hospitals.

The role involves traveling within the region, collaborating with clinicians, and delivering evidence-based patient care. A clinical background and 2+ years in sales or clinical roles are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
• Preferred qualifications: medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation.
• Deliver patient follow-up care to ensure long-term therapy success.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products via presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers with presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff and other healthcare providers to tailor education and ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
