Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
• Partner with sales team to drive therapy adoption and outcomes.
• Educate customers on product usage with presentations and demonstrations across formats.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers with diverse formats to keep healthcare professionals informed.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver tailored education on clinical benefits of products.
• Engage clients through training sessions, workshops, and informational meetings.
• Serve as a resource providing updates on innovations and therapies.
• Assist in surgical cases, offering hands-on support during procedures.
• Monitor therapy progress during follow-up and address patient needs.
• Identify potential patients and referrals, educating on neuromodulation benefits.
• Develop community awareness initiatives to increase patient volume and engagement.
• Build relationships with hospital and ambulatory surgery center personnel to identify decision makers.
• Maintain timely communication with offices and complete administrative tasks in compliance with regulations.
