Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist I, CPT in New Orleans, LA to provide technical clinical expertise and support of the sales process within assigned geography. You will work with Territory Managers to build competency and comfort with Abbott Chronic Pain Therapies among physicians and staff, while improving territory efficiency.

The role requires collaboration across clinical and sales teams, strong programming and case support skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong communication and education of clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical, clinical, and programming assistance, primarily in support of Territory Manager(s).
• Assist Territory Managers in after-hours call support and activities.
• Proactively build trust and relationships with accounts and customers.
• Perform complex programming and case support.
• Travel up to 25% within and outside the region.
