Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior clinical or medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for visits at 1550 University Avenue.
• Coordinate and schedule neurologic specialty procedures.
• Build and manage daily schedules/referrals.
• Work closely with diagnostic techs to align schedules.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with provider visits.
• Maintain accurate records within the EHR system.
• Provide excellent communication and service.
