Join UCB as a Neurology Specialty Sales Representative and become a trusted partner to physicians, clinics, and healthcare decision-makers—helping improve access, affordability, and support for people living with epilepsy and rare neurological diseases. In this high-visibility, field-based role in the Omaha, NE market, you’ll shape outcomes across the care continuum by building strategic relationships with integrated health systems, payers, pharmacies, and patient advocacy organizations.
This territory includes the geography of Omaha, NE, ND, SD, and a small part of IA. Candidates should reside within the territory.
The Neurology Specialty Sales Representative executes marketing and sales strategy by mastering brand messaging, targeting, and digital tools to deliver persuasive, high-impact customer experiences tailored to distinct customer segments, while upholding the highest ethical standards. The role is accountable for delivering territory- and brand-level goals and key performance indicators through data-driven prioritization and smart resource allocation, ensuring marketing initiatives are implemented efficiently to achieve sales objectives and advance UCB’s patient value commitment.
This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $120,000-158,000 annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
