Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Registered Nurse - Neurology to join our Worcester, MA team. This part-time role (24 hours/week) includes coordinating neurology care, performing phone triage, arranging MRIs and Botox administration, and maintaining EPIC documentation.

Eligible candidates are MA-licensed RNs with BLS/CPR, 1+ year of nursing experience, and preferred neurology/ambulatory care exposure. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for external candidates.

Qualifications

• RN program graduate with MA licensure and BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1+ year hands-on nursing experience, preferably in neurology.
• Experience with EPIC and ambulatory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone triage for neurological conditions including migraines, seizures, MS and Alzheimer's.
• Coordinate appointments and frequent MRIs according to treatment plans.
• Administer nurse visits including injections and Botox preparations.
• Open department daily and perform medication inventory checks.
• Deliver test results and communicate with providers; maintain EPIC records.
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure continuity of care.
