Job summary

MercyOne North Iowa Neurology in Mason City, Iowa, seeks a Neurologist to join a team of 1 Neurologist and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. Inpatient/outpatient split; Primary Stroke Center; highly competitive compensation with a $370,000 salary and $100,000 bonus package.

Up to $15,000 moving allowance; comprehensive benefits; teaching residents and students. Sub-specialty interest in EEG, EMG, epilepsy, sleep, MS, and movement disorders is welcome within general Neurology.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Neurology; board certification or eligibility.
• Eligible for Iowa medical staff privileges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient/outpatient split.
• Participate in Grand Rounds.
• Non-burdensome call.
• Teaching opportunity for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents and medical students.
• Collaborate within a large Neurology team and network.
• Support in EEG/EMG and epilepsy/sleep-related cases.
