Responsibilities

• Provide professional services to the Hospital's patient population (assessment, treatment and management of care) ensuring continuity of care as per regulatory standards.
• Work with Hospital administrators to provide input into Practice Location budgets, capital expenditures, strategic planning and marketing.
• Assist with the selection, supervision and evaluation of the Practice Location's staff.
• Assist the Hospital in recruitment of additional physicians to the area served by the Hospital.
• Participate in utilization management, quality improvement, patient satisfaction programs and committees.
• Participate in teaching or community benefit programs as reasonably requested by the Hospital.
• Participate in after hours and on call coverage as indicated for patient care and practice needs.
• Provide and perform such other services as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital.
