Job summary

Bend Memorial Clinic, PC, part of Summit Health, seeks an outpatient Neurology PA to join a four-neurologist team in Bend, Oregon. You will provide in-depth neurological care, participate in migraine treatment via botulinum toxin injections, and support follow-up visits.

Strong clinical judgment is valued; neurology experience is helpful, but training is available to develop evaluation and management skills within our open-access model.

Qualifications

• Neurology knowledge and clinical assessment required; training available for complex cases.
• Proficient in outpatient neurology care and coordination with a multi-specialty team.
• Experience with botulinum toxin injections and migraine care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care within a growing team.
• Perform botulinum toxin injections for migraine management and occipital nerve blocks.
• Support physicians with follow-up visits and in-basket management.
