Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of neurology experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with severely ill and physically impaired patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations to obtain physical data.
• Prescribe and manage medications for neurological conditions.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EMR.
• Coordinate care between patients and treating physician.
