Job summary

Sage Neuroscience Specialists in Reno, NV is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient neurology role with autonomy and supportive team. You will provide care to neurological patients, coordinate referrals, and work with a physician and two APRNs.

The position offers a salary between $130K-$165K, generous PTO, malpractice and tail coverage, health insurance premiums paid by the practice, CME and licensure allowances, and a commencement bonus.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified NP (Board Certification required upon time of start)
• Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
• New graduates and experienced NPs are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide care for outpatient neurological patients, including care coordination and referrals
• Collaborate with physicians, other APPs, and support staff
• Manage day‑to‑day clinical responsibilities
• Procedures include botox injections, skin biopsies, VNS programming (training provided)

Position Highlights

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: About 9-12 patients daily (varies)
• Practice Setting: Sage Neuroscience clinic with 1 Physician and 2 APRNs, 4 Medical Assistants, and 3 Technologists
