Job summary

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8–5, with 36 clinical hours per week plus 4 hours of admin time; new patients get 60 minutes, follow-ups 30 minutes. Training opportunities include DBS programming and injections.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to collaboration, teamwork within a community-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care in a 5‑day schedule focused on headaches and movement disorders.
• Schedule allows 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a supportive neurology team and subspecialists across Dartmouth Health.
• Learn DBS programming, Botulinum injections for chronic migraine, and nerve blocks.
