Privia Health's neurology practice in the Phoenix metropolitan area seeks a neurology nurse practitioner to join our team, providing patient care across Avondale and Buckeye, AZ.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of neurology experience is required.
• State licensure and board certification are required.
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Care for general neurology conditions across headaches, neuromuscular conditions, dementia and cognitive issues, movement disorders, and epilepsy.
• Provide patient care across Avondale and Buckeye, AZ locations.
• Work full-time 4 or 5 days a week with Monday-Friday off option for 4-day week.
• No weekends or call responsibilities.
