Banner Alzheimer's Institute in Arizona is seeking an advanced Practice Provider (NP/FNP) to join a neurology subspecialty focused on memory and cognitive disorders. This role blends clinical care, research and education in a diverse, well-resourced outpatient setting.

In person, M-F 8a-5p with no hospital call; opportunity to mentor new graduates and collaborate with neurologists, geriatric psychiatrists, neuropsychologists and care navigators.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona state NP licensure
• Neurology, psychiatry, or geriatric experience preferred but willing to train new graduates
• Provides compassionate and empathetic care
• Develops, refines, and implements effective healthcare strategies through lifelong learning
• Diligent in maintaining accurate electronic medical records
• Develops and maintains productive, professional relationships with physicians and staff to facilitate effective communication

• Serve as the primary subspecialty referral resource for the western Phoenix metropolitan area
