Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in Neurology to lead field-based engagements with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals across the United States. You will educate, provide scientific resources, and support clinical studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has an advanced clinical degree and 3+ years of MSL/field-based experience, with strong knowledge of clinical research processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree is required.
• 3+ years MSL/field-based/clinical experience preferred.
• Location: ideal candidate lives in FL, TN, or GA.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with KOLs and allied HCPs.
• Educate HCPs on the product portfolio.
• Serve as a regional medical/scientific resource and align stakeholder needs with available resources.
• Provide fair-balanced, scientifically rigorous educational/clinical information in response to requests.
• Support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored clinical research.
• Facilitate speaker development and training.
• Conduct compliant, ethical scientific exchanges for unsolicited information requests.
• Present and support medical conference activities at various levels.
• Liaise with Clinical Operations to support studies.
• Participate in advisory boards and clinical investigator meetings.
• Gather field insights and competitive intelligence; feedback to HQ.
• Deliver internal training on disease state and therapeutic landscape.
• Build cross-functional relationships in compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain independent learning in the therapeutic area.
• Coordinate scientific communication at national/local congresses.
• Collaborate to generate/present data and provide session coverage when requested.
• Attend face-to-face meetings to obtain expert feedback.
