• Support inpatient services at UPMC Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg hospitals.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery, neuropsychology, and advanced practitioners.
• Provide teaching opportunities for IM students, medical school rotations, and occasional lectures.
• Contribute to EMG/EEG diagnostic services with the neurodiagnostic team.

About the Position:

• General neurology with the opportunity to establish specialized interest in neurodiagnostic or procedural services
• Outpatient office located in Mechanicsburg & Harrisburg, PA. Support inpatient services at our UPMC Harrisburg & Mechanicsburg hospitals.
• Strong referral base of patients within the community
• Fluency in EMG's and/or EEG's desirable
• Neurodiagnostic technicians available to assist with EEGs/EMGs
• Teaching opportunities include IM student rotations, medical school rotations, and occasional lectures.
• Full specialty support including neurosurgeons, neurologists, neuropsychologists, advanced practitioners and certified neuroscience nurses.
• Additional support and resources through UPMC Neurosciences Institute in Pittsburgh

Professional Skills:

• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology. Fellowship trained in Movement Disorders.
