Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive regional healthcare product adoption and relationship growth across key accounts. You will deliver product demonstrations, physician detailing, and patient education while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have B2B pharmaceutical sales experience, strong HCP engagement skills, and the ability to navigate complex reimbursement and access landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Documented B2B pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/specialty therapeutics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs).
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to educate on products.
• Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Review and analyze sales data to develop territory plans and optimize budgets.
• Address market challenges while collaborating to drive sales strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and align on objectives.
• Maintain call averages with face-to-face interactions focusing on top customers.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to improve regional performance.
• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for the territory.
