St. David’s Healthcare is recruiting board-certified/board-eligible neurohospitalists to join a private practice group supporting inpatient hospital services in Austin, TX.

The successful candidate will cover St. David’s Medical Center with a 7 on/7 off schedule and participate in opportunities for outpatient neurology work. Inpatient care, EEGs, and NCS/EMGs may be involved.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/board certified in neurology.
• Licensed in the state of Texas or ability to obtain license.
• Joining a group of four neurohospitalist providers.
• 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Interest in outpatient neurology work is a plus.
• Interest in reading EEGs and performing NCS/EMGs is a plus.
• Covering St. David's Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient neurohospitalist services at St. David’s Medical Center.
• Collaborate with the private practice group.
• Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure high-quality neurological care.

• Interest in supplemental outpatient neurology work, preferred but not required
• Interest in reading EEGs and performing NCS/EMGs, preferred but not required
• Covering one hospital, St. David's Medical Center
