Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority is required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association required.
• Fellowship training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in the Neurology Department.
• Participate in a low call burden schedule.
• Collaborate with colleagues in both general and subspecialty practices.
