Job summary

Regeneron is looking for a Field Reimbursement Manager based in Austin, TX, to join their Neurology Field team. This role is essential for launching a rare disease therapy, providing expertise in reimbursement and access.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop reimbursement plans, educate healthcare professionals, and overcome access challenges, ensuring patients receive the therapy they need.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in biopharma reimbursement, particularly in rare diseases.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access roles.
• Direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies.
• Experience supporting rare disease product launches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute access and reimbursement plans.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and coordinate with Patient Services.
• Build relationships to align access strategy and remove barriers.
• Guide healthcare professionals through reimbursement challenges.
• Stay updated on payer policies and codes.
