Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a full-time faculty neurologist with Headache Medicine expertise to join the Liberty Campus. You will provide comprehensive care for general neurology and headache disorders in outpatient and inpatient settings, contributing to patient care, education, and research.

The role includes teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Missouri licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or foreign equivalent to an MD.
• Licensing eligible in Missouri.
• Neurology residency training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with general neurological conditions.
• Provide care in general neurology clinics and inpatient consultations.
• Engage in clinical research, including clinical trials, and contribute to scholarly publications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate medical students, residents, and fellows through formal lectures and teaching.
