Job summary

Holy Cross Medical Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist with a focus on dementia, memory care and cognitive neurology to join our growing neuroscience team.

The successful candidate will build and lead a cognitive and memory disorders practice, evaluate patients with Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive disorders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Fellowship in Behavioral Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Cognitive Neurology preferred but not required.
• Interest and experience in dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with dementia and cognitive disorders.
• Develop and expand a cognitive and memory care program within a multidisciplinary neuroscience team.
• Collaborate with Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Spine & Pain Management to deliver integrated care.

Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG), a part of Trinity Health, and in partnership with Holy Cross Health and the Phil Smith Neuroscience Institute, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist with a strong interest in Dementia, Memory Care and Cognitive Neurology to join our growing, multidisciplinary neuroscience team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This is a full-time, employed position within a well-established and expanding neuroscience program known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered neurological care. The selected physician will have the opportunity to develop and grow a dedicated cognitive and memory disorders practice, evaluating and managing patients with Alzheimers disease, mild cognitive impairment, and other forms of dementia and cognitive decline.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Fellowship training in Behavioral Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Cognitive Neurology, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong clinical interest and experience in dementia, Alzheimers disease, mild cognitive impairment, and other cognitive disorders
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
• Collaborative mindset and interest in working within a multidisciplinary neuroscience team
• Experience with or interest in building a comprehensive cognitive and memory disorders program
• Both experienced neurologists and graduating fellows with an interest in dementia and cognitive neurology are encouraged to apply
