Washington University in St. Louis in Saint Louis, MO 63110 is seeking a Clinical Research Study Assistant II to support a team of over 10 coordinators and a research nurse in MS studies.

The role screens, enrolls, and obtains informed consent for industry-sponsored trials, contributing to dozens of NIH and pharmaceutical studies. This position requires a high school diploma, Basic Life Support certification within one month of hire, and an Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Basic Life Support certification within one month of hire date.
Experience in clinical trial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assists coordinators with management of clinical trials: screening, enrolling, preparing informed consent packets, and data entry.
Completes paperwork/documentation per study protocol.
Interviews subjects and schedules follow-ups.
Performs basic scripted assessments to confirm eligibility.
Explains and schedules lab and diagnostic procedures as required.
Collects data from participants and prepares reports/documentation.
Prepares and distributes study packets and information.
