Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license issued by Wisconsin.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification – Mind+ approved.
• ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification – Mind+ approved.
• Associate degree in nursing completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient‑centered care and complete initial assessments, including vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patient and families.
• Recognize and respond to significant changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with healthcare team members and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer medications via IV, IM, oral, or subcutaneous routes as prescribed.
• Monitor medication needs and responses, adjusting as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy and prepare lab specimens.
• Assist with ultrasound-guided IV placement and related procedures.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Maintain and sterilize equipment and assess discharge needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge for age-appropriate care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in professional development.
