Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join a leading neurology practice serving North Florida. This Tallahassee position offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform detailed neurological assessments, coordinate care with neurologists, manage common neurological conditions, educate patients and families, and document encounters using Athena Practice EMR.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Florida APRN license and national board certification.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills required.
• Excellent patient-centered communication and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed neurological histories and focused physical and cognitive examinations.
• Order, interpret, and integrate neuro-diagnostic studies into patient care plans.
• Manage common neurological conditions under physician supervision.
• Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with neurologists and other members of the clinical care team.
• Document patient encounters promptly using Athena Practice EMR.
