Job summary

HCA Midwest Health is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the neurosciences team in the Kansas City area for outpatient neurology services.

The ideal candidate has graduate NP/PA training, 2+ years in NP/PA practice, and prior neurology experience; 4-10 hour shifts with some flexibility.

HCA Midwest Health Neurosciences:

• HCA Midwest Health Neurosciences Service Line is comprised of four neurologists. The neurologists are vital to our care delivery team, focused exclusively in the outpatient setting, further enhanced by 6 advanced practice providers and a team of stroke coordinators. The service line also includes 14 neurosurgeons with a variety of subspecialty interests within the context of a general neurosurgery practice.
• Our program, which encompasses the largest neurology market share in the Kansas City area, includes one comprehensive stroke center at Research Medical Center with four primary stroke centers positioned across the South Kansas City.
