Job summary

Software Placement Group (SPG) invites a Neurologist to join a growing Northwest Indiana team in Hobart, IN. This full-time role blends clinic work with a technology-forward, multidisciplinary environment designed for physician well-being and sustainable work-life balance.

The position involves diagnosing and treating diverse neurological conditions, performing EEGs/EMGs/NCVs, and managing long-term patient care.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility with a plan to certify within a stated timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with other specialists.
• Open to H-1B applicants who meet federal requirements and hold Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat neurological disorders including stroke, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson's, and neuromuscular conditions.
• Conduct and interpret EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to guide treatment plans.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel focusing on long-term neurological health and evidence-based care.
• See 12–25 clinic patients per day.
• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation.
