Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ seeks a Neurologist and Neuro-Ophthalmologist to join an integrated multispecialty practice. The successful candidate will allocate about 40-50% of clinical effort to neuro-ophthalmology with flexible distribution based on demand and interests.

Candidates must have an MD or equivalent, board-certified/board-eligible in Neurology, and fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required.
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Neurology.
• Fellowship trained in neuro-ophthalmology.
• Additional subspecialty training may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Allocate approximately 40-50% of clinical effort to the neuro-ophthalmology practice, with potential adjustment over time.
• Collaborate with Ophthalmology, Neurosurgery and other departments in an integrated care model.
• Engage in scholarly work in research and/or education with protected time.
