Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Board Certified in Neurology.
• Ohio medical license or eligible to obtain.
• DEA license or eligible to obtain before start.
• Eligible for hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with Primary Care and Specialty colleagues.
• Participate in leadership, teaching, and program development opportunities.
